Thanks again for another superb weekend at the Horse & Groom - dinner Friday night delicious, breakfast Sat and Sun fab and "groove" Sat night really good fun. I don't tend to write to people about their restaurants very often but I wanted to mail you and say how much I enjoyed eating at your place over the weekend.
I spend a good deal of time in the Cotswolds and eat out quite a bit. It can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, but I honestly thought that your place was great. The food was fantastic, the staff were lovely and it's a really nice space, so congrats on all fronts.

Tim and I really enjoyed our stay at the Horse and Groom. It was definitely the most memorable part of our trip to England. The rooms were wonderful, the food outstanding and your employees were very friendly. For those not familiar with the area, and without a car, there is much to do on foot! If we are in the Cotswolds again, we will be sure to stay with you.

Now that we are back in london, we wanted to thank you for ensuring that our long weekend was a memorable experience, despite the cold and rainy weather. We have really enjoyed the ambience of the pub, our pretty room, your amazing breakfasts and the smiling and helpful service. Well done and please do not change anything - the concept works! We will be recommending the Horse and Groom to our friends here in London as the perfect spot for an escape into COtswolds nature and good food. We will be back...

Just spent 3 days in a cottage in Bourton and ate 3 nights at the Horse and Groom. Why go elsewhere? It was excellent in every respect and we thouroughly enjoyed the experiences. I am home. Kathy is on the Queen Mary. Just wanted to thank you for our lovely stay. Kathy said she did not expect to have a better meal the rest of her trip than she did at H&G! a REal compliment coming from a seasoned world traveller! I can confirm her compliment. I had good food in Normandy and Paris, but none better than H&G. I certainly was not as well cared for as with you!! I wish you continued success and hope to return and bring my friends. If my husband is lucky, he can come as well! please beg Gill to give me the recipe for the Toffee Meringue! Keep up the good work. We loved our stay with all of you.
